Christopher D. Lewis is a contemporary harpsichordist and pianist originally from
Cardiff, Wales.  In 2005, he moved to Canada to study at McGillUniversity.  He became the first person in nearly 200 years of the university's history to obtain a contemporary harpsichord degree when he graduated in 2009.

Equally at home with the piano, Christopher has taught in the
United Kingdom and is a certified piano instructor at the renowned Associated Board of the Royal School of Music (ABRSM).

Christopher's teaching philosophy includes a good amount of music theory, rudimentary technical work, and a good splash of fun, enjoyable music to encourage his students both to work hard and enjoy music.  He also believes that students should undertake learning both classical and modern music in order to obtain well rounded techniques for a good solid musical foundation.

Christopher has given many concerts across
Canada, and his first CD, released by New Mix Music in California, will be available at the end of 2009.  He is available for piano or harpsichord lessons as well as lessons in musical theory.
